Health and Safety is a top priority
The emphasis is on teamwork and our employees are regularly re-trained to ensure that the highest standards of Health and Safety are maintained, from the wearing of correct PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to toolbox talks held on site and in our offices. We provide our clients with copies of our full Insurance cover and Site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) prior to the commencement of all works.
All staff are vetted and must be CISRS registered and trained (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme). We also ensure that CRB/DBS checks and Health Screening are carried out where required.
All staff training is monitored on a regular basis and our training matrix updated.
